DOMESTIC DELIVERY (INDIA)

  1. Shipping Locations – We ship across India from our Surat office.
  2. Free Shipping – Enjoy FREE shipping across India on all orders (both prepaid and Cash on Delivery).
  3. No Platform Fee – Shop without any additional platform charges.
  4. Processing Timeline – As a made-to-order brand, order preparation and dispatch take 15–30 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  5. Delivery Timeline – Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  6. Packaging – Each product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
  7. Multiple Shipments – If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments.
  8. Courier Service Unavailability – If courier service is unavailable at your pincode, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address.
  9. Unforeseen Delays – Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via email.
  10. Tracking – A tracking number will be shared after dispatch so you can monitor your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  1. Shipping Locations – We ship to the USA, Mexico, and Canada through trusted courier partners.
    • Orders $149 and below – Flat shipping rate of $25
    • Orders above $149FREE shipping
    • Worldwide shipping (outside USA, Mexico, Canada) – Flat fee of $34.99
  2. Processing Timeline – As a made-to-order brand, processing & dispatching takes 30 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  3. Delivery Timeline – Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–35 business days, depending on destination & customs clearance.
  4. Shipping Charges – International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.
  5. Customs & Duties – Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Packaging – All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during international transit.
  7. Multiple Shipments – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately with different tracking IDs.
  8. Courier Service Unavailability – If courier service is unavailable at your location, we will contact you for an alternate delivery address.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All international orders are shipped from India via trusted partners (USPS, UPS, or DHL).
  • In most cases, additional import duties and taxes are not charged. However, if imposed by your country, these must be paid by the customer.
  • DHL and other courier partners may clear customs on your behalf. If you receive an invoice for duties/taxes, you are required to pay directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • If a customer refuses to pay customs/import charges, the shipment will be returned. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.
