Made-to-Order Products – As all our products are Made-to-Order, returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange – You may request a return or exchange if:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items – Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
Timeframe to Raise a Request – Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Condition of Product – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Approval – Once your request is approved, our team will guide you with the return process. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Cost for Returns –
For defective/wrong/damaged items: Isha Trade will bear the return shipping cost.
For other cases (if approved), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds – Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (as applicable).
Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
Exchanges – If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.
International Orders – Currently, we do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders unless the product is received damaged or defective.
